高二下学期是高中阶段一个重要的时期，是进入高三的一个转折点，这一时期的教育教学尤其重要，因此特制定如下教育教学计划：
一、指导思想
以新课程标准为准绳，以牛津意林版教材为依托和基础，密切关注高考动态，充分发挥团队功能，挖掘学生潜能，扎实抓好双基，始终坚持大量的语言积累与适时、有效的语言综合训练，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应高考的形式和要求。
突出英语教学实践第一的观点，教学中注意教学策略和学习策略的渗透，注意学生情感态度和动机的培养，促进心智，文化意识的培养，注重教学的反思。根据认知规律，提高学生自主学习和合作学习的能力，培养学生终生学习的能力。
研究高考试题和高考动向，从思想上和行动上提前带领学生进入高三。带领学生顺利度过学业水平考试的复习。
二、学情分析
本届高高二学生虽已经过近两年的高中英语学习，但情况并不容乐观。尖子生不尖，大多数学生基础不够扎实，活学活用能力欠缺，推理、概括能力严重不足，答题欠规范等问题相当突出，而且相当一部分学生英语底子薄，厌学情绪严重，所以在对学生全面抓紧，强化训练的'同时，兼顾学生情趣，营造和谐、轻松而又高效的课堂，是我们每一位英语教师都必须努力解决的课题。
三、教材分析
本学期要完成选修七、八两本书，使学生达到课标规定的八级要求。选修教材侧重知识的融合、综合和复习总结，教材难度明显加大，词汇量加大，篇幅加长；侧重技能的融合，阅读与表达以及知识的宽度与厚度；语言知识、文化思维、话题范围及词汇量既有对必修的重现，又有一定的扩展。
四、教学任务
依据教学步骤完成模块7及模块8的教学内容：各模块课标基本词汇的掌握；各模块基础语法项目的复习；各模块写作项目；各模块的听力训练。
以课本为主，以夯实基础为主，能使绝大部分学生看懂课文，掌握基本的词法，句法，获得使用基本的语言知识及基本技能。
要加大学生的课外阅读量，达到3万词；重视各种能力的提升；加强学法指导，帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯和自主学习的能力；加大知识落实力度，重视知识积累；改变教学方式，保持学生学习兴趣。
本学期要进行学业水平考试，所以，在上完模块七八之后，还要复习学业水平考试相关内容，（模块一至模块五）加大这部分的复习力度 ，主要是以相关练
五、教学措施
1、研究并创造性地使用教材，做好教材整合与删减工作，结合学生实际，发扬教材特点 。
2、加强课堂教学管理，以提高课堂教学效益。
3、培养学生的阅读技能，各模块的教学中，重视阅读教学，充分利用模块里面的四篇阅读文章，有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
4、加大写作训练的力度，鼓励学生学致使用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使他们熟习英语的句式构造及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完好的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇写作训练，鼓舞运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作技能。坚持作文训练，训练题材，方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记。
5、综合训练
每一单元进行一次综合练习，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。高二下学期的学生，很快就要进入高三然后参与高考。因而在打牢根底的同时，应该让他们了解高考的情形，适当选择部分高考题，让学生感受、体验；尤其是对尖子生，要鼓励他们去做高考题。要重点加强完形和阅读这两大板块的训练力度。
6、坚持训练听力，使英语学习完整，促进英语学习的其他方面，在教材听力材料的基础上，利用相关练习对学生进行听力训练。
7、单词一直是学生的难点，薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。以教材文章为根底，扩大词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就行词汇检测。在平常教学进程中不时扩展词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而到达稳固扩大词汇的目的，做到常常催促、检测，帮学生掌握科学的单词记忆的方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

一、教学工作计划
1、指导思想

2、学生情况分析
从语言技能角度分析，学生的听说读写四项能力都有待提高。听说能力低，缺乏阅读技能训练，写作水平也有待提高。具体来说，在听力方面，大部分学生能听懂简单句子，对于复杂句只能单纯听懂单词，却未能理解句子之间的逻辑关系；在口语方面，表达能力较弱，相当一部分学生极少开口说英语，上课不愿意单独回答问题；在写作方面，根据写作要求收集材料并整理材料，在文章结构上能够规划得较好，但是语言组织能力欠缺，词汇量太少，错误较多；在阅读方面，他们能从一般文字资料中获取主要信息和观点，能找出文章主题，理解故事情节，但词汇量太少，阅读量太小而且面窄，阅读速度较慢，遇到生词时没有联系上下文猜词的习惯，而是一味地依靠字典，缺乏阅读技巧。这四项基本技能的提高是相辅相成，不能脱节而取其一。
在语言知识方面，语音比较准确，语调自然流畅，但忽略了语调的变化；语法知识较为欠缺，在实际运用中有语法错误；对于日常生活，兴趣爱好，风俗人情，科学文化等方面的话题欠熟悉，最明显的是词汇量较少急待提高。
另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略和文化意识方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学对学好英语缺乏自信，不敢用英语表达；很多同学不能从英语学习中体会到乐趣，不能经常接触英文歌曲，读物等；再学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累；对英语国家的风土人情，地理文化，交际礼貌，宗教传统，表达习惯，生活方式等了解较少；世界意识淡泊。
3、教材与教辅分析
(1)内容与结构
本学期仍选用北师大版教材：选修模块7与选修模块8，每一模块包含三个单元，每一单元一个话题。
选修模块7的结构较于之前的第6模块在结构上没有什么变化，依然是三个单元包含着三个话题，每单元三篇课文加一课Communication Workshop。加重了对学生技能运用能力的训练；在话题方面也更贴近于生活；增加了单词索引，列举了该书重要单词与短语的中英对照和用法，引导和培养学生运用和翻阅词典等工具书。 Unit19“Language”, 主要是了解一些与语言学习相关的知识，如英语学习，英语范畴及身体语言等。语法重点是名词性从句，非人称转述结构。Unit20 “New Frontiers”, 主要学习一些科技文，了解些与科学相关的知识，如科学突破，人工智能等等，语法重点是将来完成时和将来进行时的用法；Unit21 “Human Biology”，谈论与人体有关的话题，如人脑的能量。语法重点是对虚拟语气的进一步的理解与应用。
选修模块8在结构上与模块7相同。Unit22 “Environmental Protection”, 谈论环境保护这个重要话题，掌握转述结构和被动语态；Unit23 “Conflict”,了解人与人之间的相处之道，掌握强调结构和表达完成的一些动词形式；Unit24 “Society”通过谈论和了解社会形态的发展，学会表达建议，掌握常用的用来说服他人的句型。
(2)教材的特点与重难点
该教材根据《高中英语课程标准》编写，贯彻了新的教学理念，以学生为中心，改变了传统的以知识内容为本的结构体例，代之以能力为本的多样化的结构体例，以语言技能和语言知识为主线，融入学习策略的教学以及情感态度和文化意识的培养。
与以往教材相比，话题广泛，题材新颖，在教材活动安排中为学生获得四种技能提供各种学习策略，这是其它教材所没有的。一、大大地增加了语言的输入，其输入远远大于输出的要求。此外，新教材全部采用英文编写，需要的词汇量太大，很多学生，特别是基础较差的学生学起来很吃力。二、注重提高学生的语言认知能力，内容贴近高中学生生活，选取他们所所熟悉的语言素材；同时加大了语言信息量的输入，使学生大量地接触接近英语原文的语言素材，通过耳濡目染、潜移默化的方式，帮助学生养成用英语进行思维和表达的习惯。三、学生顺利完成说和写的任务提供了充分的语言支持。教材系统地介绍了不同阶段的写作策略，提供了可供模仿的范文，展示了如何恰当地使用连接词。四、高复现率是北师大版教材的另一个特点。教材在学习策略、语法、词汇等基础语言学习方面努力为学生创造了大量的语言运用向纵深发展的“见面”机会。另外，对学生学习过的词汇及其用法进行系统地梳理，帮助学生掌握和使用基础的英语词汇。
本教材重点是培养学生用英语获取信息，用英语分析问题，用英语进行思维与表达，注重培养学生自主学习，小组合作学习的能力，从而提高学生语言综合应用能力。重点与难点相辅相成，由于缺乏相应的。语言环境，学生们除了课堂上，使用和接触英语的机会不多，从而影响了学习的成效，因此如何创设适当的情境也是教学一大难点。

通过选修模块7和8的学习，继续培养和提高学生学习英语的兴趣，关注学生的情感，以学生为本，根据学生实际学习接受能力，因材施教；进一步提高学生在听、说、读、写四项基本能力；在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力；进一步完善学生自主学习能力；实施过程性评价；提高课堂45分钟的效率。
(2)具体目标
根据英语的学习特点和学生的具体情况，创设生动活泼的语境，让学生运用所学语言开展活动；注意培养学生良好的学习习惯(包括预、复习习惯，书写、朗读习惯，及语言行为习惯)，以保证课堂有重点，有效果地展开；注重培养学生的自学能力，指导及鼓励他们多使用工具书；充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段，注重现代技术与学科之间的整合；认真钻研教材，掌握每单元的教学目的和要求，正确地把握教材的重点和难点。
5、教学措施
(1)认真研读新课标，以学生为本，改变传统教学观念，吸收传统教学手段的精华结合新理念，备好每班学生的实际情况，因材施教，仔细考虑每节内容、重点、难点、疑点和材料的取舍。注意观察学生的实际反映，掌握情况，及时改进和修订教学方案。精讲，尽量在课堂上给学生留出时间吸收巩固。
(2)每一单元选取精彩段落要求学生背诵或上朗读，利用早读时间与学生一起朗读，进行抽查，同时做好单词、短语和句型测验。
(3)利用《英语周报》等练习认真做好对前一堂课的复习，引导和帮助学生对新旧知识的结合与整合。
(4)因材施教，与优生谈心，使他们对英语学习有一个正确的观念；加强对他们的学习及解题方法的指导，引导其分析其优势和存在的不足之处，提高学习效率。利用课后时间加强专项训练。对于差生，着重保证对基础知识的掌握。
(5)分层次教学，分层次布置作业，作业加评语及面批，对他们的不足之处及时指导，及时调整尽量，争取每一个学生都有收获。
(6)认真出好练习和试卷，使学生能逐步提升，同时认真做到及时分析出现的问题及原因，帮助学生找到解决的对策，提高信心和解题的能力。
(7)实施过程性评价，激发后进生学习的积极性并对其后进生进行课后辅导，多鼓励，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信。
(8)经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学习，并在反思中不断进步和完善自己的教学水平。
(9)积极听课，评课，做好听课记录，相互交流和学习，虚心和同事和前辈们学习。
二、教学研究计划
认真收集本组课题的相关材料；认真努力撰写适合本校学生实际情况的校本练习；认真积极参加教研组、备课组活动；争取每周一次至两次的听课，有机会时积极到其它学校听课，多方学习。
三、继续教育的计划

我们班的英语语法方面的学习一直都比较弱，我虽然在以前的英语教学中，有向同学们着重强调过要注重英语语法的学习，但是英语语法的教学一直是比较单调和乏味的，在学习难度上也有一点点的大，所以同学们在英语语法的学习上一直收获甚少。
